Even though black women in corporate America may be receiving opportunities for professional leadership development, small business leaders are often not investing the time and money for themselves and for their teams, if they have teams. Providing both inspiration and information that speaks to their specific unique needs as black women who are pursuing lofty goals can make a difference between success and failure for them.
As the founder and host of this podcast show, my lofty goal is to be an ongoing resource for the black woman leader who has survived crisis and trauma.
